Renverse: Robin I, Nightwing by TerenceTheTerrible Renverse: Robin I, Nightwing by TerenceTheTerrible
Richard "Rick" Grayson was born the youngest child in a family of over six generations of circus performers. As part of the highflying trapeze and tightrope act The Flying Graysons, Rick and his family were the crown jewel of Haley's Circus: they packed houses with their daring feats of bravery and acrobatic prowess.

Unfortunately, Haley's Circus had been running into some hard times when a mafia boss began targeting them to extort money. Attendance had begun to dwindle with various other more modern attractions siphoning off patrons. When the circus began missing regular payments, the mob became increasingly hostile towards them, culminating in sabotaging the Flying Graysons act resulting in the death of Rick's mother and father.

Bruce Wayne was in attendance of this last performance, staking out the mob family involved in a string of event rigging and extortion. After witnessing the murder, and seeing a boy of similar disposition as his younger self suddenly orphaned, Bruce reached out and adopted Rick.

Rick's natural curiosity lead him to discovering that Bruce Wayne was in fact masked vigilante, Batman. From there, Bruce began training Rick to fight alongside him as his sidekick Robin.

After years of being "The Boy Wonder", Rick began feeling bitter about not being able to bring his parents' killer to justice... So, when he discovers that the mob boss and his cronies have relocated to Blüdhaven, he follows them to take them down. In Blüdhaven, Rick discovered that there was an entire city needing protection and decided that he needed to be that protector.

He took on the mantle of Nightwing and started defining himself as his own hero. He was no longer Batman's right-hand man.

Got any plans to renverse any of the members of the green lantern corps like Guy Gardner or Jon Stewart?

Possibly. I don't know much about the Green Lantern Corps, but I may adapt one if I attempt a Renverse Justice League (which I have been mulling over).

what about the Teen Titans or Young Justice? I can definitely see a revamped Starfire or Zatanna

That would also be very fun to do! I have some members of a fledgling YJ or TT team already created with a lot of others in mind. I may give that a go soon too.

 AWESOME MAN!!!

So, what's it like living in the border town of Texakara, TX? I live in Washington State and Vancouver is the border town between southern Washington and northern Oregon located on the Columbia river separating the two states.

Border towns must be hard to live in; I'll bet that there are disputes of all kinds from football games to any competitive sport or just political disputes in General. I'm also willing to bet that it must be HOOOTTT!!! at least in the early 100s.

There's a lot of feuding between the two sides from things like sports to local legislation. Most of the time, I don't really notice any difference. It's pretty boring, actually... but we do have an REM song and a couple of films that make mention of us. And we're like two hours from two decently-big cities (Dallas/Fort Worth TX and Shreveport LA). It's definitely got its own culture.

Here lately it has been sweltering. The 'feels like' temperature today was 105 and the real dog days haven't even really started yet.

Looks like I guessed right after all; anyway; no matter what topic or issue or how intense the dispute gets, neutrality is always the best side to be on

Ahh, I love Robin.

(so his name here is Rick instead of Dick?)

Yup, if only because I don't know many people nowadays who go by "Dick" (for obvious reasons).

I really want to pick up on my comics stuff... either more Renverse DC or maybe more original X-Men teams. I'm not exactly burnt out on wrestlers but I guess everybody else might be.
