NEOZEO: NEO PSYCHO BLUE

Uri Bäckström-- Miasmar, Neo-Psycho Blue

Uri Bäckström is an introspective young man with a strong interest in fashion and music. He's usually quiet, and when he speaks he's very soft-spoken and often profound.

Unbeknown to him, he happens to be the reincarnation of the Blue Psycho Ranger. When he is one day approached by a mysterious hooded figure and given a strange blue pendant, he doesn't understand why it seems so familiar until his alter-ego, Miasmar-- Master of Mist, is revived.

Miasmar is the complete opposite of Uri: loud, flamboyant, cruel, and insane.

He sets his sights on any male he finds beautiful and obsesses until they 'belong' to him.

There's a plot point I want to include in one of my fan seasons, but I cannot decide which one. The general idea is that the spirits of the destroyed Psycho Rangers are brought back from the Nexus Dimension and reincarnated as people. Initially, it'd only be one or two until all of them were brought back. The thing is, though, they would be brought back first as regular humans with the potential for good until some villainous third party presented them with the needed item to transform them into Neo Psychos. Of course, with the Neo motif, I originally intended this idea for Neo-Zeo, but I just can't decide because I'm not sure how I want to use them.
